STUDIO MANAGER
ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Studio Manager plays an important role in keeping our design studio organized and running smoothly. This position handles the day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping tasks that keep projects moving and the team supported. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage client billing, invoicing, and payments
Track expenses and help keep project budgets up to date
Maintain organized records for clients, vendors, and projects
Assist with scheduling, emails, and general office communication
Coordinate deliveries, vendor pickups, and installations as needed
Provide administrative support to the Principal Designer and team
SYSTEM PROFICIENCY
QuickBooks / Excel / Google Workspace
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, organized, and detail-focused.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
2+ years of administrative or studio experience preferred
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Workspace preferred
Familiarity with interior design, construction, or related industries is a plus
