Louise Dover

Principal Designer

Louise has spent the last 25 years designing homes that feel like they've always belonged to the people living in them — spaces that are elegant without being stuffy, and collected in a way that tells a story.

Louise grew up in Miami Beach and was the daughter of a developer, which meant childhood afternoons on construction sites, learning how a space could shape the way you move through your day. When she's not designing, she's committed to movement and holistic wellness; practices that reinforce her belief that intentional living and intentional design are inseparable.

Every project starts the the same way: listening. She wants to know how you actually live — where you drop your keys, what time of day you use each room; the things that matter to you. She layers in pieces that feel personal and create spaces that make sense for your life, not someone else's idea of it.

Designer, Project Manager

Isabelle

Hi there, I’m Isabelle!

I earned my bachelor’s at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, where travel fueled my love for architecture and interiors. British interiors — with their fearless mix of pattern, texture, and charm — captured me then and continue to inspire my work today.

Now I'm back in Knoxville, soaking up the sunshine and all the small rituals that make the warmer months my favorite: the farmers market on Saturday mornings, digging around in my garden, early yoga before the city wakes, long walks with my Boston Terrier, and my nearly religious Cruze Farm ice cream runs.

Most of all, I love connection. I can’t wait to sit down with you and hear about your family, how you spend your weekends, what you do when you first wake up and the little things that bring you joy. For me, design isn’t just about furniture or finishes — it’s about creating a home that feeds your soul.

Emery

Associate Architect

Hi, I’m Emery.

I'm in my second year of my Master's in Architecture at UT, where I focus on residential design that brings warmth and purpose to every room. What I love most is collaborating with clients to create spaces that feel personal and completely their own.

During Undergrad at UT, I was president of the car club, where I met my husband (both of us self-proclaimed car nuts). I spent a few years in Denver after undergrad, soaking up everything the city had to offer — the architecture, the design scene, the mountains. I grew up around design thanks to my dad, an industrial engineer, who taught me to appreciate thoughtful fabrication and solid craftsmanship. All of that has shaped how I approach design today — with precision, collaboration, and a focus on what truly matters to the people living in the space.

Rob

Construction Project Manager

Howdy, I’m Rob!

I am currently finishing up my construction management degree at UTC. I love this work because it's equal parts creativity and service — getting to help people build something meaningful is what it's all about for me.

When I'm not running between the studio and jobs sites; I'm outside. Camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, or diving into whatever new hobby I'm learning at the moment! I'm always trying to pick up new skills and see new places. Travel is a big part of that, especially out west — there's something about those wide-open spaces that keeps pulling me back.

I grew up around building and design, which sparked my interest in how things come together and the details that make a space feel solid and intentional. That background keeps me focused on quality, collaboration, and making sure every project feels both functional and personal to the people who live in it.
